We Often Fear What We Don’t Understand

We often fear what we don’t understand.

Humanity has a long history of misunderstanding and stigmatizing ideas that were ahead of their time. We take it for granted today that the Earth revolves around the sun, for example, but when Galileo published work supporting this belief in the 17th century, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Let’s not fall into this common trap of ignorance, and keep an open mind about what we don’t understand. Transhumanism is already all around us, and will shape our future.
