I’m so proud to announce that I’ve been appointed to the advisory board of the Metaverse Fashion Council.
When we launched our BRIAR PRESTIDGE - The Label spin-off NFT power suit collection for avatars, at the World’s First Metaverse Fashion Week, it was with a deep understanding that fashion and creatives would and could drive this space. In fact, at that time I was quoted in a magazine interview as saying: “Fashion will lead the charge here… Fashion has always been the most receptive to change. What is considered Avant Garde this season, is society’s staple next year.”
The Metaverse Fashion Council recognizes the influence of the fashion industry in developing the metaverse. MFC promotes community ownership and control over big tech take-over, and so this appointment is so aligned with my own vision and values.
